Overview
This project was carried out in a team of four members in the Postgraduate Course in Web UX/UI, the aim of this project was to develop a prototype of a digital platform, created by us. It developed throughout postgraduate studies, in order to learn and apply new processes and new tools throughout the disciplines we were taking. Throughout the project, methods related to design thinking, digital marketing, business strategy and, of course, ux/ui methods were applied.
Goals
As previously stated, the objective was to develop the design and prototype of a digital platform, creating everything from ideation to interactive prototype, going through phases such as: market analysis, interviews, user flow, marketing strategies, among others.
Idea
The idea developed from the question: “How can we facilitate the management of amateur sports organizations?”, this is because, when analyzing the sports management of amateur clubs, we come across poor management, both financial and human resources, so, how can we really improve it? In the next phases we will see how the answer to this question develops.
Logo
After the idea was defined, we started testing some names, in order to understand which ones connected best with it. “Sportag” was the ideal name, which stays in memory and is easy to memorize as it is a small word. Then we started with the sketches and arrived at the final logo, we wanted to convey the idea of trustworthy, innovative and related to sport, hence the fact that they are straighter letters, have the “tag” icon and the “g” contains an arrow, which represents the idea of increasing management in clubs.
Colors
When analyzing the competitors we came across similar colors, always touching on green, gray and black, and as we wanted to stand out among them we used a color between green and light blue, giving a modern, different and not very visually strong color.
Interviews
As a team, we carried out several interviews at the beginning of the project in order to understand the side of managers and even athletes, always taking into account the management of the clubs they have been to. We then created personas and defined which problems were the most important and came to the conclusion that the main problem mentioned by the interviewees was the poor management and organization of human resources.
After we know the main problem, we use the methods of: wort possible idea; opposite thinking; affinity diagram and doc-mocracy, to be able to answer the initial question (How can we facilitate the management of amateur sports organizations?), in which the answer was “Create a platform that brings together all the information facilitating sports managers, with a training component and promotional for financiers”.

Wireframes
The wireframes were created as always to define the base layout of the platform, so we can also solve problems related to the layout we have in mind and create improved ones so that they are simpler to understand and use.
Prototype
To finalize this phase of the project, we developed the prototype, designed to make it easier for us to understand the relationship between the pages and the use of the tool itself. The prototype also allows us to develop navigation tests and test its functionalities, to understand if everything works correctly or if changes are needed. After the testing phase, it was possible to make the necessary adjustments to improve the user experience. This collaborative process once again helped to ensure that our project was functional, intuitive and aligned with the objectives of our target audience.
