Overview
This project is a redesign of the previous project (Lifeclick App V1), it served as a small exercise and was done more for fun. It consisted of changes to the branding and prototype, bringing better ux/ui practices and new ideas.
Goals
The main objective was to redesign the application, conveying an idea of peace and human nature. The idea and market studies had already been done in the previous project, so in this project I did not carry out these phases. There was also a rebranding of the brand.
Logo
The new logo arose from the idea of nature and technology, hence the tree with branches in the shape of circuits. The tree represents life and growth, thus highlighting the commitment to helping and continuing to develop society for a better future. The circuits symbolize innovation and connectivity between app users and institutions. I made the circular frame around the icon to represent cryptocurrency, which is the donation method used.
Colors
The greenish tones represent nature, harmony and renewal, all essential qualities for the experience I want to convey through this application. Green also conveys a feeling of tranquility and balance, which can contribute to more pleasant and relaxing navigation. Studies indicate that this color can improve concentration and reduce stress, making it ideal for this application's interface.
Wireframes
The wireframes were redone like the entire prototype, but the buttons were kept in the same or similar places so as not to change any of the processes already carried out in the previous project. This time the design was straighter and not as curved, to promote a clean, modern and intuitive interface. Furthermore, the straight design is associated with precision, but mainly with reliability, characteristics that are very important in this type of applications.
Prototype
When finishing the wireframes, I added the content, creating the high-fidelity prototype. The prototype was developed to provide a vision of how the application would work, allowing users to interact with implemented features and navigate the interface. It is also through these interactive prototypes that I am able to collect valuable feedback from potential users, which can help improve before full development.
